Readie publishes study on Swedish attitudes towards digital technology

Readie, a digital policy centre managed by Nesta, has published a study on Swedish adults’ attitude towards digital technology.

The report states that Swedish adults are generally in favour of change and that young Swedish adults are more open to new technology.

However, the report also warns that Sweden risks complacency in keeping up with the speed of innovation through the adoption of new technology. The report recommends that the government and businesses should build confidence in people’s ability to interact with digital life – for instance by building digital skills.
