Basic Digital Skills UK Report 2017” report examines digital skills across the UK.

On behalf of Lloyds Bank, Ipsos MORI has published a report on the UK’s digital capabilities across demographic, geographic and technographic areas.

The report focuses on skills related to managing information, problem solving, communicating, creating and transacting.

The findings show that although a large proportion of the population still lack basic digital skills, there has been improvement in the adult demographic and certain demographics, such as in the 17-24 age bracket, have also shown greater increase in skills uptake.
