This report provides results of a trial that aimed to understand how using alternative methods to present gender pay gap (GPG) figures can affect people’s understanding and attitudes towards the topic.
The online randomised control trial consisted of 2,325 adults who were presented GPG figures in four different ways. The two main measures were people’s attitudes and people’s comprehension and the results are intended to help to develop the Government’s GPG viewing service.
